Claire Brejcha0779 215 7735 3 weekly classes running in South Molton, Chumleigh and High bullen Hotel - Chittlehamholt Workshops also throughout the year Yoga inspired by the wisdom of Vanda Scaravelli which encourages us to bring more awareness to what is happening within us as we practice. Through conscious breathwork and a surrendering to gravity we can begin to 'undo' tension so that yoga postures can begin to unfold from within. This wonderful way of practicing yoga invites ease and lightness into body and mind. Classes are suitable for any level of experience. |

I have been a trained nurse since 1992 and have worked with people with addictions since 1994. I first started practicing yoga after moving to Devon in 2003 and completed my teacher training with Duncan Hulin of the Devon School of Yoga. The Yoga I practice is a style inspired by many teachers I have worked with and is holistic ad intuitive. I aim to tailor sessions according to the season, environment, time of day and energy levels. Individual needs, lifestyle and health issues are all a factor when we practice together. Because of this individual approach the practice can be dynamic and challenging or slow and with awareness. It is always creative and has a focus on the breath and body alignment which helps to still the mind. |
